October Christmas Card Club

Every month from September to December on the first Thursday of the month I host a Christmas card club.  This month was all about snow and blue.

Here are all the details and the supply list is at the bottom.


Sending You a Flurry of Warm Christmas Wishes Card 

1.       Stamp sentiment in Island Indigo and cut out with Lots of Labels framelits.

2.       On Whisper White card piece stamp snowflakes in Night of Navy and Island Indigo.

3.       Stamp two sets of small snowflakes – one each in Night of Navy and Island Indigo.  Punch out.

4.       Use Dimensionals to pop 2 snowflakes on snowflake piece.

5.       Add dazzling details to snowflakes.

6.       Use snail to adhere DSP piece.

7.       Add snail and put silver cording.

8.       Add sentiment with Dimensionals.

9.       Stamp sentiment inside in Night of Navy.

10.   Use Dimensionals to pop 2 snowflakes on inside.

11.   Use snail to adhere snowflake piece to front and inside sentiment/snowflake piece inside.

12.   Optional – stamp envelope.



 The other card uses the very versatile Stampin' Up! Wonderland stamp set.



Here is a close up on the card....


Silent Night Card

1.       Stamp Silent Night sentiment in Memento Black on bottom of thick Whisper White.

2.       Stamp trees in Wonderland in Memento Black at full and half strength.

3.       Tear roughly ½” along bottom of 5 1/4x4” Whisper White piece until you like how it lines up with sentiment on card base.

4.       Sponge middle in Soft Sky.

5.       Sponge around edges in Night of Navy.

6.       Set aside to dry.

7.       Stamp snowflakes in Whisper White craft ink.

8.       Set aside to dry.

9.       Use snail to adhere trees piece to card base.

10.   Add rhinestone.

11.   Optional – stamp inside or on envelope.
